Share in our Sisterhood

Rocky Mountain Retreaters share a love and respect for Mormon roots, whatever their current affiliation. The culture of this Retreat is affirming, respectful and empowering, no matter what your background or current beliefs. It is a safe place where we can all meet on common ground to break bread together, sing together, learn together, pray together, sometimes weep together and always laugh together; to bear one another’s burdens and share in our sisterhood.

The Retreat is not Sunday School, though we strive to discuss and understand doctrine.

It’s not Time Out For Women, though it is a women’s time-out from daily routines and responsibilities.

We are not an advocacy group, though many retreaters are passionate, eloquent advocates for a variety of causes.

We are not an activist feminist group, though the Retreat is a place where women comfortably share their perspectives and experiences with feminism.

We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things, and hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, the Retreat is a place where we can seek after these things.
